Started with the firm in August 2001 as a consultant. Roy actually retired from the appraisal business in 1992 to pursue a venture in mushroom farming. Byron joined Fraser Valley Appraisals in the Summer of 2002. Byron has several years experience in the residential real estate appraisal field in various centers in British Columbia. Byron satisfied all of the requirements for the CRA designation of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is now working towards his final accreditation.

Jesse joined our firm in mid Spring 2004 after commecing with his appraisal courses in the beginning of the year.
Jesse has satisfied the requirements as a Candidate Member and will be continuing working towards his designations through studies at UBC. Jesse was born & raised in Chilliwack and graduated for Chilliwack Senior Secondary in 2001.

Teresa actually joined Fraser Valley Appraisals in 1983 but took a leave to raise her children in 1996. Teresa returned as part time support in 2000 and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of our business. We are very happy to have her back.
